Rainbow Club is an optional pre school programme which prospective new entrants and a parent/caregiver attend prior to starting school. This programme is held on Wednesday afternoon and commences 5-6 weeks before New Entrants start school.
The focus of this programme is for your children to get to know other children who will be starting school around the same time as them and establish a relationship with their teacher away from the busyness of the class.
We enjoy working with parents/caregivers to set you and your child up for a successful transition to school therefore we do encourage you to attend.
Some children like to wear their school uniform to Rainbow Club, however this is not essential.
Kate Smith is the Whenua Syndicate leader and she will contact you by letter to invite you to attend.
